Diamond Scrub is the second cosmetic next to Blue Diamond cream to be included in the unique, modern Diamond Line by COLWAY. This exceptional product combines the properties and effects of mechanical and enzymatic scrubs, as well as the effectiveness of a high-quality anti-age cream. Such an innovative solution was created as a result of the use of biotechnologies developed in Poland and the combination of several active substances characterized by a synergistic effect.
Just like any scrub, the cosmetic cleanses the face of callous epidermis and impurities, but where other scrubs stop working, Diamond Scrub only develops its potential.
As a standard, the task of every scrub is to prepare the skin for further care. Mechanical and enzymatic exfoliation expose a younger layer of the epidermis. Since it is non-keratinized, it is characterized by much better sorption (absorption). The uniqueness of the Diamond Scrub is that – just like the Blue Diamond cream – it has been enriched with special penetration promoters and active ingredients of the anti-age cream. Permeation promoters increase the absorption of active substances. Owing to this, one Diamond Scrub provides cleansing of the skin with simultaneous care reaching the deepest layers. As a result, the skin is thoroughly cleansed, nourished and activated for regeneration.
A unique property of this luxurious scrub is. . . diamond abrasive – a high-quality component, diamond dust, created when stones are cut into diamonds. Since diamond is the hardest mineral known in the universe, it can only be ground with another diamond.
Diamond dust can be found in the composition of only very expensive, exceptionally exclusive scrubs of the best world brands. The price of this component is built by the cost of its precise fractionation in terms of the size of dust-forming particles. Owing to this selection, the diamond scrub is enriched with the finest abrasive particles ever used in cosmetics.

Instructions for use
Start by thoroughly washing and cleansing your facial skin of makeup and impurities. Then, on slightly damp skin, apply the peeling, avoiding the eye and mouth area. The cosmetic should be massaged into the skin with wide, circular movements. Depending on the needs of the degree of skin peeling and skin type, leave it for a few (up to several) minutes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and gently dry your face with a towel.
Do not rub the skin too hard and violently.
Effects
With systematic use, your skin will become smoother, better supplied with blood, radiant and more elastic – simply younger and more beautiful. After using the Diamond Peeling, it will also be perfectly prepared for other beauty treatments, and at the same time fantastically nourished. Peeling also has a calming effect – and de-stressed skin is healthy skin.
Collagen – supplemented in two forms: known from many COLWAY products, obtained with a patented method, biologically active peptide hydrate and additionally: selected amino acids derived directly from the dissimilation of collagen hydrate. Collagen peptides and amino acids obtained thanks to biotechnologies used by COLWAY show anti-aging properties.
Lysozyme (muramidase) – rarely found in cosmetics, and never before in the formula used in the Diamond Peel – since it was created by Dr. Jan Czarnecki. This strongest non-antibiotic and bacteriostatic substance mainly plays a preventive role in the COLWAY peel. It protects young layers of the epidermis, exposed by the diamond dust abrasive, against undesirable microorganisms.
Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) – in our product, it works similarly to vitamin E. Ubiquinone is a recognized energy supplier to every skin cell and a strong antioxidant. Its anti-aging effect is also reflected in the protection of the skin against UVA radiation.
Avocado oil (Persea gratissima) – rich in vitamins B, C, D, E, K, it regenerates, moisturizes and nourishes the skin. It is also distinguished by a high content of sterols, which are natural compounds that modulate anti-inflammatory effects, hence it can soothe irritation and help even out discoloration. The active ingredients contained in avocado oil increase the amount of soluble collagen in the skin, which translates into enhanced firmness and density.
Jojoba oil (Simmondsia chinensis) – contains phytosterols, plenty of vitamins A, E and F – it supports the natural functioning of the skin, accelerates regeneration and slows down aging.
Mango butter (Mangifera indica) – cold pressed from the seeds of mango fruit, it has very good healing and softening properties. It smoothes wrinkles and improves skin elasticity.
Vitamin E (tocopherol) – a strong antioxidant with anti-wrinkle properties, it smoothes, firms, nourishes and moisturizes the skin, thus preventing the aging process. It demonstrates the ability to capture and bind free radicals resulting from UV radiation.
Aloe extract – it regenerates, calms irritations, smoothes and moisturizes the skin.
D–panthenol (provitamin B5) –accelerates the regeneration processes of the epidermis.
Squalane – obtained from olives, hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic; it is one of the ingredients of our sebum, thanks to which it strengthens the natural skin barrier, makes it more resistant, regenerates, moisturizes and supports the absorption of other active ingredients of Blue Diamond Peel.
Agastache mexicana –valuable source of acacetin – a flavonoid with highly soothing properties, which reduces the impact of stressors on the skin, decreases excessive surface temperature and soothes inflammation in rosacea.
Glyacideco – the first pure, ecological form of hydroxy glycolic acid, free from formaldehyde contamination. Precursor of mucopolysaccharides with a high concentration of hyaluronic acid monomers and dimers. Great as an exfoliating and buffering agent. It safely removes the outer layer of dead epidermal cells, revealing the so-called young skin. It improves the texture, makes the skin smooth and soft.
Glycosaminoglycans – penetration promoters aimed at enabling the sorption of active ingredients through deeper layers of the skin. Their formula, developed in 2017, shows a positive response of the immune system and full antigen compatibility with the skin, and at the same time pharmacological effectiveness.
Arbutin – in the form of natural bearberry extract, it has strong illuminating properties and reduces skin discoloration, evens out skin tone; it has a soothing and healing effect on problematic skin.
Diamond dust – an expensive and exclusive ingredient of the best peels, used in microdermabrasion, due to its ideal abrasive properties. The particles generated when grinding a diamond to a brilliant are the smallest particles that can be used in peels; therefore, they are the least invasive to the skin, and at the same time have excellent cleansing properties.
Subtilisin – the most proven ingredient in enzymatic peels. Stabilized with the use of modern crystallization techniques, it effectively exfoliates dead epidermal cells and has an intense moisturizing effect. It visibly smoothes and softens the skin and restores its healthy color. It facilitates the penetration of active substances into deeper layers of the skin.
Subtilisin belongs to the branded peels, so-called safe ferments, i.e. such that effectively cut cellular bonds of the epidermis, but under the influence of contact with oxygen they quickly lose their activity. Therefore, they do not pose a threat that the thin layer of mass left behind will last too long, loosening the skin or irritating it.
